Kim is not aggressive enough. When you hire a divorce attorney particularly one with custody involved you want one that will fight for you and be in your corner. Kim seemed to be more of an attorney for the child, which was not what I hired her for. Her hourly fees are typical however I found to be charged excessively for simple emails and telephone calls that were under 5 minutes. Additionally, I was not given a free consultation. My consultation ended up being just about three hours in which I paid approximately $1400. I would not mind the hourly fee for the consultation had I thought her services were good. I was not satisfied with her advice and had I followed it I would not get as far as I have representing myself.
