Very nice staff. Great service. I give them an A+. would highly recommend them, especially to military families since Dr. Eye is a retired Colonel in the USAF.

I have been a patient for at least 2 years now and I am a 'smiling' example of what a good dental team can do. Dr, Eye and his team provided the best dental care I have received. It was a genuine pleasure to get my yearly check up and I hate going to the dentist! Dr. Eye is prompt and professional. He also is up on current events and can really hold a great conversation about anything. He always makes that interpersonal connection. Great guy!

Very kind, very fast, very clean. It took less than 30 minutes to have a crown put in. He got it perfect on the first try. They have all sorts of hi-tech gadgets, and Dr. Eye and his staff have been very warm and personable.

I just had my first visit to Exceptional Smiles after a legacy of poor dental experiences. This visit was the best patient care experience I have ever had. Everyone in the office was kind, suportive, knowledgeable, and cared for my needs. The hygienst kept me laughing throughout the visit. Such a wonderful time! I am also one of those millions of people who hate going the dentist. Dr. Eye's staff has, however, always tried to make my experience as pleasant as possible. From the receptionist, to the hygienists to Dr. Rob himself., I always feel welcomed and valued as a patient. In terms of dental care, Dr. Eye's office is without a doubt equipped with state of the art technology and care methods. I feel like they have made updates every time I come in! Any time someone new to Harrisonburg ask for dentist referral, I give them Dr. Eye's name.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable dentist and great high tech equipment (which means quicker appointements and less pain). The staff treats me with respect by calling me by my name and does little things to make the visit nice. I do not typically write reviews, but this was a great dentist experience!

My wife and I are both elderly patients of Dr. Eye's. He is so efficient in handling our dental problems we could not be any happier. His office is so well coordinated in keeping appointment times. Label us extremely satisfied. My wife has always been fearful of dental work due to many bad expriences when a child and young adult. Dr. Eye and his son have a way and manner that has taken away the dread she used to have prior to a dental appoinment. Dr. Eye is a real gem.

I was running late to my appointment so I called ahead to let them know. They were completely understanding and assured me I could keep my appointment and they would work me in. I got there and was still seen right away. All of the staff and dentists are so very friendly and accomodating!

10 years I had not seen no dentist, but todays experience was awesome!!! I was feeling nervous and scared, but they were nice enough to take me step by step through the procedure. Made me feel comfortable and honestly I recomment this place to everyone!!! Good job keep up the good work!! .

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The dentist office itself gives off a homely and clean feeling that is synonymous to their work. The doctor is very quick with his procedures but is also reliable. Finally, the office also tends to take people earlier than their appointment time actually is, instead of you waiting in the lobby for an extra long time period.

Quality doctors, helpful staff and a wonderful practice. Everyone makes you feel like a friend. I cannot remember any other doctors office besides this one that I enjoy coming to. The staff is kind and rembers my name at every visit. Dr. Eye is a gentle dentist who always asks me how I am doing with every treatment he does.
