Totally amazed by what they did. I will be back the next time I am need of their services.

I have never been treated so harshly by anyone, ever. The Dentist is rude and abrasive, she is demanding beyond reason and when I resisted her opinion about the fit of my plates, she refused to listen. When the plates showed up they didn't fit, I requested she make new plates she refused to, she began to shake her finger in my face as she stood over me saying, she would refund the uppers only but not the lower. The lower plates don't fit either but because they have wire, she said they were securely held in my mouth and refused to give me a full refund. The two plates are made together and fit together! You can't refund one without the other. To make matters worst, she won't allow me the free adjustments which she never did at the time of the initial fitting to prove they don't fit. My recommendation, don't go there. They really do treat people horrible in general. Buyer be beware!
