        Overall

        I wrote down the appointment as 1 o'clock instead of 10 o'clock and showed up three hours late. They fit me in - after a three minute wait (I was impressed), did a thorough exam and had me buying my glasses within an hour of my arrival. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very happy with my glasses - my first pair which I have now worn for about a month. My wife is switching to Thurmond.
