Vet does not have a competent employee to help your animal during all the hours they are open. Care is compromised because vet comes in late and leaves early, and untrained staff is left to run the hospital. Vet is not thorough so you go home with no instructions on medicine and diagnosis’ are not fully explained, which can seriously impact your animals health. Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude to me which made me wonder how my cat was treated when I dropped him off. Staff and vet contradict each others statements so you cannot trust anyone there. I have never experienced such a low degree of professionalism from a vet’s office. Vet would rather hide in the back than talk to an unhappy client and then blame the said client and accuse her of not taking care of her pet. Situation could have been avoided if the vet cared enough to have a mature conversation with me while I was in the office. But let her very inexperienced, very rude staff handle it. You don’t always remember the good client care experiences but you never forget the bad ones. This has been a shocking experience for sure
