        Overall

        They have been OK putting a new window left plate in for us which is a very easy fix but do not take Jeeps there for ignition problems. They have no idea what they are doing and are extremely slow. They cost us 5 hours and told us that they contacted a different near by place to finish the job but instead only had it towed there and never actually coordinated with them at all. I was very disappointed in this process and I hope that they have better customer service and do a nicer job on a regular basis.
