THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI’ve never got such a disrespectful attitude from any online store ever. This is just crazy how long it takes Painful Pleasures to respond to my letters, and how half-hearted Tony Tailor does his job. I live in Moscow Russia and I’ve ordered a lot of items from PP, total cost of which is 1335 $ including 119$.My parcel should have been delivered on April 3rd, but instead of my order I’ve got a call from the delivery company(UPS).They have said that some items from my order had a code which means “not for personal use”, so only legal entity could purchased them. I had to go to the customs and spend there an entire working day, I spent four hours just waiting for anyone to tell me what was going on and how I can fix this situation. In the end of the day they told me that I couldn’t do anything cause items couldn’t pass customs clearance. They showed me an invoice so I could see the wrong code and some of the items merged into one big item (also PP’s mistake). In that very evening I wrote a big letter to PP asking for help with this situation ASAP. After days of waiting I’ve got a short respond that shocked me - PAINFUL PLEASURES TOLD ME THAT IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I HAD NOT TOLD THEM NOT TO PUT THE CODE “NOT FOR PERSONAL USE” IN THE INVOICE . Tony Tailor who’s job is to help with customer problems told me that I should have predicted the situation because THEY DIDN’T KNOW THE CUSTOMS POLICY IN RUSSIA. THEN WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW IF YOUR JOB IS TO HELP CUSTOMERS FROM MANY DIFFERENT COUNTRIES INCLUDING PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMS AND DELIVERY???? DID YOU SEND A PACKAGE TO RUSSIA FOR THE FIRST TIME? I don’t think so....And the best part of this story - HE SAID THAT WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA 269 $ FOR THE RETURN OF THE ORDER TO THEM.This is a real fraud. Now I don’t have my order, I don’t have 1335$(and excuse me ,but this is big money for me)and I have got a couple of short emails from Tony Tailor demanding more money from me.
Worst experience ever! !! Mickey mouse operation,customer service is not a priority . They don't answer the phone, if they do you're on hold for 25 minutes. Poor communication and cust service. They don't care.
The Studio at Painful Pleasures is amazing. They have the best prices and the best service out of any place I have been to. The doctor on staff is a pleasure to deal with and again, you can't beat their prices anywhere else you go. Thanks Painful Pleasures, it was a pleasure and I look forward to the next time I go back!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I got the living social deal. Everything was going well for the past few months. And then when it came time for me to pay extra sessions they increased the price by over $20 per session even though the original amount was written on my paperwork. She said that price was wrong even though I was quoted that amount 5 months ago. I told her why should I have to suffer, and pay the price difference because her staff was telling me the wrong price for months. I told her that was not good business practices, and she said when I get my own business I can run it how I like. Mind you this was in front of two other customers. I asked to speak with a manager, and she said she was the COO. Please do not waste your time and money it is clear they do not care about customers, and only about trying to get as much money as possible. Here I am half way through my tattoo removal hoping I can find another place who will finish where they left off. How unsettling smh. She told me I don't have to come back... I still have half of my tattoo left I need more sessions. She said none of the other customers complained about the price increase. I politely let her know my concern was my tattoo removal, and the price, and not how other customer responded to the news of having to pay more. So unprofessional save your time, money, and the pain. They definitely named their shop correct with the first word because they are just that ... PAINFUL!!!!
I recently ordered from Painful Pleasures for the first time but had a couple questions/concerns. So I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful in assisting me and my jewelry needs and making sure I am getting exactly what I was looking for. Painful Pleasures is a great company and I suggest ordering from them for your piercing and tattoo needs.
When I ordered from Painful Pleasures I found their staff to be Knowledgeable and Friendly. The price was excellent and shipping was fast. I will definitely be ordering from Painful Pleasures again.
I purchase from Painful Pleasures snce year 2006.I reside in Latin America and they were very helpful for two reasons: I can purchase many brands in one only place, and Marc, the owner, could understand my needs and particullarities of my country regarding shipping and customs.My business grew up with them, and I also reccommended PP to some friends in other countries, who keep purchasing from them and find PP very useful
After careful review and research, I selected Painful Pleasures to pierce my daughter's ears. She was so very excited and the piercer did such a great job. He took his time and must have marked her ear a couple times before we realized one ear is higher and bigger than the other. He made sure to put the piercing where it would be symmetrical as she grew. At one point my daughter looked at me while the piercer was massaging her ears and she didn't even realize he had pierced it! No infections, no drama with cleaning. My daughter tells everyone she got her ears pierced at Painful Pleasures.
I ordered from Painful Pleasures about a month ago, received notice the next day that my order had been received and was processing. They took the money out of my account THE SAME DAY but never sent what I ordered. I waited ten days, hoping that maybe the email about tracking just got lost, then decided to call the number they left on the website. I left my name, number, my reason for calling and I was EXTREMELY polite. I gave them two days to call me back, then decided to call again. The phone was disconnected and the call would not go through. I said screw it and called PayPal to file a claim. They said that they would contact Painful Pleasures and give them ten more days to either send my money back or send a tracking number, if they didn't comply, then PayPal would just refund my money. All I can is thank god I used PayPal or this would not have been settled this quick. I never got any notice from Painful Pleasures about why or how my order didn't get sent or why they just decided to take my money without sending what I ordered. This business is extremely unprofessional and it is completely disgusting that they took my money ASAP but never sent me my stuff. They should be embarrassed of how they conduct their 'business' and I for one will never shop here again.
I love Painful Pleasures! I've never seen so much unique jewelry in one place before. They're definitely true to their word about having one of the world's largest selections of body jewelry, and that's in addition to everything else they sell, like tattoo and piercing supplies, apparel, books, DVDs, and so much more.
