The worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. Staff was rude and didn't bother to acknowledge when we called to inform our toilet didn't work. Poll is in very poor condition has large cracks that you can cut your feet on. Beds look as if they have water damage on them and bedspread had many stains. There are windows that are boarded up the hotel from the backend looks as if it is abandoned. The worst and dirtiest hotel that we have ever stayed in.

Check-in was at 2 and waited 2 hours for them to clean the room. Not okay for any business and really not okay for parents with special needs kids. Their excuse was we had a full house last night......Customer service was a joke so don't waste your time calling. Going to the Holiday Inn next time!
I made reservations for a room with a king-size bed, HBO, and other features. I ended up in a room with two small beds, no HBO, a terrible TV (ancient Zenith) with a remote that does not work. The room also wasn't too clean.When I tried to get placed in the king-size room that I reserved and pre-paid for, the first customer service person refused to help me (said she was too new). The second person took me to a room that was far away, snow not plowed in the parking lot, the room was ice cold, and the lights did not work...Needless to say, this is my last time staying there.
