DO NOT SHOP HERE

There is so many things wrong with this place. They jerked me around so bad after I spent almost $3000 here. They becames rude. I've never had someone speak to me the way they did. I'm warning you, do not shop here. They are nice in the store but once you leave with a purchase, that ends. Everything that went wrong was their fault, yet they sat there and blamed me, talked down to me, and treated me like garbage. I'm still baffled. This place needs to be shut down.

Me and my wife decided to buy kitchen table with chairs from this store.Paid cache and got a week to wait to get it delivered because they did not stock that model and they did not sell anything that was on display.

Two weeks later take and chair were not here yet and I started complaining. Three weeks later they finally delivered. They dropped it off at the wrong time 3 hours earlier than I scheduled it for and they find only my son at home which accepted the delivery and when I went back home,I found that the table was scratched. I got their manager and he came over and took pictures and told me that they will take care of it...the days later I got no answers yet and I called them up and they told me that they will have to pick up the chairs and the take to return them. They picked them up and left 4 chairs here. 1 week later no answers yet.I call and leave messages and nobody returns my calls. I get upset and tell them that I just wanted a new take because that's what I paid for and they finally told me that I will have to get the take I got but that they will fix it. At that point I got the 4 chairs on my truck and delivered them at the store and I asked for somebody to sign me a paper that started that I returned everything. The manager came out and tried to manage the situation telling me that is the owner's decision. I wait then for the owner which is busy at the phone and he really cannot get 5 minutes to address the situation.I wait and finally after over an hour's that I am there he came out and he looked at me and walked back in his office screaming at his manager.The manager ran after him in the office and the locked the door. Speechless I waited and finally after 30 minutes the manager cane out and told me that if want I can take the display take and I then demanded a discount because it was a display one with some scratches and he told me that there will be no discount and that I better accept because the owner is BIPOLAR and that he will call the police and at the end it was a good table.

I tried debating and arguing but I decided to let go and I got the display take which now after a year and half look like crap because the wood is very soft and scratches easily. The take was made in Taiwan...I find a tag on it and the experience has been by far the worse experience in any store in my whole life. I promised myself that I was going to write about it one day because people like that dio not deserve to have a business so please buffer be aware of who you are dealing with.

Don't give them your business

I will never, ever give that store any business... went in to buy a new bed... sign read "no credit check". Well, they checked my credit and denied me. After talking to finance company, it was approved after all. Evidently, Yosemite Furniture was upset that I called them so they didn't send my paperwork in. I ended up going to The Furniture Deal in Visalia, CA and they were wonderful... I have my new bed! Yosemite Furniture was very unprofessional and rude. Well never give them business in the future!

Overall

Yosemite Furniture gave my fiance and I a great furniture buying experience. They had a great variety of quality furniture at a good price. Not to mention the customer service by Dazia. She helped us out in every way possible and was doing her job while not trying to pressure us. She has a great sense of humor and we will go back to buy more furniture becasuse of our pleasant experience with Dazia. Ladies and Gents, go see Dazia, she will not disappoint!

Please Beware! these people will rob you blind. Me and my wife went in to buy a sofa, they did not have what we were looking for. They said they could order it for us and we agreed and paid $180 down. A few days later they called us and said they could not get the couch because it was discontinued.So we went and got what we looking for from Oak Wood Liquidators and at a better price.Then when i went back to get my down payment and the shady manager Lupe told me with a big smile on his face that I was not getting any of my money back.(ABSOLUTLEY INSANE) how can a buisness get away with this

Thanks for the review J.Ram I was about to go and buy some furniture cash also but after what they did to you they dont deserve my business, I dislike stores that take your money and then treat you like trash they should give your money back after all the trouble you going through. I will take my busniess to Serranos Furniture instead. Once again thanks jram for looking out for the consumers!!!
