The company has three major divisions: Debt Collection, Health Care Private-Pay and Medical Statements. It is located in Hanford, Calif. Healthcare Private-Pay Management Division provides private-pay billing assistance to its health care clients. Medical Statement Solutions Division is HIPAA compliant.

They slammed my credit file twice for the same account, dropped my credit score significantly and the account wasn’t even mine! They are impossible to deal with on the phone & the person whose account it was they blocked efforts to collect. Very shady organisation…If you are looking for a reputable company for collections this is not it!!!
