Customer service sucks. There's like 4 young girls that work there that are either ridiculous or incoherent. There are some great girls that work there but 4 bad apples ruin the bunch. I was discriminated against. One girl acted as if she was too good to speak or explain why the power went out and she acted as if she did not want to be there or be bothered. The regional manager is to blame because she allows this type of behavior and she too is rude and unprofessional. Maybe she needs training and also most of her staff. I have been a member for over 15 yrs. and I have seen a huge negative change in customer service and attitude all of a sudden and they wonder why valued customers complain. If you know you have a valued customer for over 15 yrs. you should take care of them not make them feel like they don't matter and not resolve an issue. Especially when you have a new employee that is just there for a pay check.
I was hesitant at going into this establishment at first due to the location and the limited size of the store. Once inside my thoughts and opinion changed drastically. The owner is typically there everyday working the front desk. He was friendly and reasonable with his prices. He rotates his bulbs frequently ensuring that his customers get their money's worth and maintains a clean salon. He knew me by name after my second visit and greated me at the door. If you are looking for a tanning salon that will bring out the darkness in you and do it for a very reasonable price, Color Me Tan is your spot to go.
