Overall

Great customer service

Even though I live nearer to the Ruby in York County, I always go to the one at Town Center in Hampton. The staff goes the extra mile to make my mile special. The waitress is always attentive to my table. My glass is never empty and they never make me feel rushed when they are taking my order. This is my favorite Ruby Tuesday to eat at.
