Bachcroft Labels

Can't say enough good things about this company. The service is terrific and the address labels are beautiful.

I LOVE this company. Jeff and I ordered our wedding stationery from Bachcroft Labels & Stationery and they printed our mailing list with 243 names and addresses on really nice clear address labels. Every time we asked if they could do something extra that we wanted, they said sure. We were both very pleased with their products and with their service.

I'm a fairly new customer. My uncle and his wife originally recommended this labels company, and I have thanked them more than once. I've been shopping at Bachcroft for 2 or 3 years at least twice a year, and I love their labels and really appreciate the complimentary labels that are always included with my order. And I agree with everyone, their customer service is exceptional.

This is my 7th year ordering Christmas mailing address labels to send to our family and friends. When asked where we get such great looking holiday labels from, I always end up recommending Bachcroft Labels. This really is a nice company to order from, so we've been regular customers for a long time now. With a husband, three young children, a house, and a full time job, I'm not sure I'd be able to get out our Christmas cards without them.

First Class. I would recommend Bachcroft's Business Labels to any company. At first, we were a little overwhelmed by their hugh selection and options. I knew what we needed, but I didn't know how to order exactly what we had in mind. There customer service people are great. Whenever I call or email, there is always someone available to help me. This is the third time we've ordered product labels for our pottery from them in about 15 months, and we couldn't be more satisfied.

Wow! I am sooo impressed by the friendly customer service this company has always given me. I only have good, no glowing things to say about their labels and their service. Nothing is just mediocre about Bachcroft. I guess they had one bad year after SANDY, but I'm still a loyal customer. I love their labels. Glad you're still on the net Bachcroft.

Personally, I really like Bachcroft Labels. Their customer service people are so nice, and they've got the nicest labels. Who else always sends free labels whenever you order labels from them? My husband and I are never out of return address labels because they always send us extras. Nice! I wasn't so happy the year they wouldn't take anymore orders because of hurricane sandy, but I guess that wasn't their fault. Anyway, we count on Bachcroft to print our address labels for our holiday envelopes every year and they always look great. Just order a few weeks in advance, and you'll be as happy as we always are when our orders arrive.

We love our labels from Bachcroft and we always have. Yes, and even the FREE return address mailing labels they send us are great. The ones we always choose are plain and very elegant looking, but they all look nice. Bachcroft's labels really are my favorite.

I agree with all the reviews here, cannot get anyone by phone, cannot leave a message as mailbox is full. Ordered & paid in middle of November. It is now 12/15 & have not received labels (I should have done them myself, it's just not that difficult). Tried calling the 800 number on one of their customer service pages & got a recorded advertisement for viagra that hung up after the ad. Not recommended.

It's December 15, and I still haven't received my labels that I ordered in the middle of November for Christmas. And I can't get through by phone to the company. And their "mailbox" is full, so they aren't accepting messages. So obviously, I'm not getting my labels - which were already paid for - and I had to address the envelopes, with return addresses, by hand. So I'm out the two hours it took to enter the addresses into their system, the three hours to hand-write the envelopes, and the $40 for the labels that aren't coming.

Don't use them....information on the website is not accurate, delivery times are extremely long, phone services are not always available. Too expensive for all the headaches that come with the order. No Worth it. I only gave 1 start because I had to give something, or else I couldn't write a comment, but they don't even deserve that.
