Solid PC

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had my computer serviced a year ago to install Windows 7 and Norton Anti Virus, amongst other services. I have had nothing but problems with my computer since then. First, they couldn't find me on their system as a previous customer....until I provided a receipt. I brought it back to Solid PC only to find my Windows 7 was a pirated copy, apparently from the previous owners, so they claim. The company name has been the same for years, but they refused to give me a Windows 7 licensed program without paying for it .... again. My receipt clearly lists "intall Windows 7"! Not only do I NOT have a legal copy, but am out the money already spent for Windows & and the labor....AND now have to buy another copy to get my computer working properly. Please spread the word.....They have another location on Alta Vista Rd in Keller. Same owner, same crooks.

Really bad service at this place. A repair that was promised in four hours two days. Fat kid working the counter was rude.
