BAD, BAD SHOPAs a former employee, I can personally say this shop is the best example of an untrutworthy and disgusting shop. If you spend enough money they might actually perform the service and treat you well. The manager himself, has made me lie to customers saying that we are out of oil or that our inspection machine is broken, when they simply dont want to do the oil change because they know that customer won't buy anything else. How can you expect someone to spend money at your shop if you keep turning them away for simple oil changes?? They don't open the garage doors when they leave vehicles running, it was so bad one time my customers and I could barely breath in the office! I also sold a reccommendation to a customer which was their factory maintenance of a coolant flush and a 3 part fuel system cleaning, costing about $250, the vehicle was right in front of the office and as I watched the whole time, the two technicians topped off the coolant and pretended to do the fuel cleaning. Most of the people that work here are extremely lazy and want to do as little as possible but still get their pay.

This shop charges $24.99 a tire for mount and balance, when they're supposed to charge $9 a tire, also they charge $50 to fix a bead leak!! The manager himself has admitted to repeaditly charging more than he is supposed to so he can hit his numbers and get his bonus.

None of this even includes the way I was treated there. I personally love my job and would never want to do anything other than taking care of people. I love being able to help people out, and especially make the female customers more comfortable with seeing another friendly face at a garage, which can actually be a tough experience for some. I never gave any reason for the treatment I received, and many people are surprised I put up with it for so long. Please, don't let these people take advantage of you, they will rip you off and take your money. Go somewhere that will give you a good price AND actually do what you paid for.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!! I am a 19 year old female and THEY TARGETED ME! I simply went there to get an oil change and tires rotated. wish i read these reviews before going. they tried to sell me new brake pads roters and calipers for $1500! noooo way! It has been 1 week since my oil change and because the did the "complimentary tire and brake check" my right front tire will not stop squeaking VERY LOUD! I took it to my uncle who has been doing cars since he was 15 and he said ALL OF MY BACK BRAKES ARE PERFECT!!!!! come to find out...when i bought the car 1 year ago new brakes were put on! It costed me $150 at advanced auto today because I had to fix what Midas did. I needed to buy new brake pads and a new caliper for the front because my uncle said they bent something and it was causing problems with my brakes. When he took the front brake pads off they were BARELY WORN! but u had to get those things in the front to stop the squeak. God only knows what they bent or broke that caused the squeak. They were so rude when I called back about it too. NEVERRRRRRRRRRR EVER EVER EVER EVER GO HERE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! such a rip off!!!!!

btw i waited 2 hrs for the oil change and to have my brakes looked at......what a waste of time.
