It's a bout time someone was Successful in helping to get our property taxes lowered. Armstrong Appraisals' owner David Fontana explained that he would write and appraisal and would defend his appraisal in both the greivance fight and the small claim hearing if necessary. In 2010, he did just that and low and behold, my property taxes were lowered. I have referred him to all my neighbors. As my 6 year old puts it "He is the Man"!!!!!! Mrs. G
