Pros:

-Up front customer service was excellent. Great follow up.



-The movers were professional and friendly. (And fast!)



-It only took 4 days to get my items moved across two states.



Cons:

-My moving cost was DOUBLE the quote.



-Two items I had were damaged and it's been an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to get anyone from this company to respond regarding a claim. I've found that after they have your money, they don't really want to deal with you any more.



- No one from the company bothered to tell me that there is a national moving claims website you can file your loss through. I had to find that on my own. Bonus Points: The website is really annoying to use. You have to print out everything fill it in by hand and mail it in.



At the end of the day I would not recommend this company. So disappointed in the after move follow up by their customer service representatives.

Three words: quick, efficient, polite. Would totally use them again.

I was very content with this company. They quickly loaded my things and handled grand piano in less than 20 minutes, while the last movers spent close to an hour just to take it apart and wrap it. Hoisted my spring-box to a third floor through the balcony because the thing just wouldn't fit up the stairs. Excellent service and attitude. A++++
