Purchased Xerox Compatible WorkCentre 4150 Toner Cartridge (20000 Page Yield) (006R01275) on 10/9/2014. Order shipped out on 10/13/2014 Shipping is 4-14 days which means that the product could have been received as shortly as 10/17/14 but as late as 10/27/2014. The company was notified that the toners were defective on 11/25/2014. Our copier machine indicated that toner was low, so we ordered them and then 11/24 when the copier said to replace the toner catridge we did and it did not even fit into the machine. How they could not check their product before they shipped is beyond me. We were initially looking to return for replacement toner cartridge. I understand they have a refund policy of 30 days but this product was defective and is not fit for the purpose for which we purchased the toner catridge. Given what has transpired, I do not trust this vendor and would never buy from them again, if you can not stand by what you sell then you should not be selling the product. Poor customer service.
