Port Chilkoot Distillery produces seven local spirits, all handcrafted in the Southeast Alaskan town of Haines, at the upper end of the Inside Passage where the ocean meets the mountains. The distillery began in 2012 when owners Heather and Sean renovated an old bakery in a historical area of Haines called Fort William H. Seward. All spirits are thoughtfully made with high-quality ingredients including certified organic and non-GMO verified corn grown in Washington, featuring labels that represent the maritime culture and fishing town where we live and operate. Visitors from around the world journey to Southeast Alaska in search of unique, local experiences and find our distillery nestled in the historical town of Haines.
