Hackensack Taxi Service

I called them up for taxi services and was told that someone should be there in 15 mins. Called up to check if the taxi is on its way after 10-12 mins, I was told that the taxi is not available making a lousy reason and they literally stood up. I got late for my work. They did not even seem their responsiblity to call me back and let me know that THEY HAVE CANCELLED THE TAXI!!!
