        Went the extra mile

        ACL Graphics has really impressed our students and staff with the quality of our shirts this year. We were quoted a 4 color design on black shirts that ended up being six colors at no extra cost. The shirts were used as a fundraiser and exceeded any previous sales by over 50 shirts. I'm sure the additional colors were recovered because we sold more shirts, but we appreciate the suggestions and extra effort that made us proud of our shirts.

        I would not recommend this company for the following reason: I dropped off some jackets to be screen printed. They said they wanted to check with the maker of the jackets to see if thats possible. I did not hear back from them for 4 weeks. I called and they said they had to order some special ink and when it comes in they will start on them right away. Well another 3 weeks went by and I had to call them again and this time they said they did'nt feel comfortable screen printing this material. I ask why I was'nt called and they had no answer.

        ACL Graphics has built a reputation by printing difficult designs and materials that many printers are unwilling or unable to attempt. The jackets provided were extremely expensive and difficult to replace, so we wanted be certain on the method of printing. The manufacturer could not guarantee the jacket's ability to withstand the heat required to cure ink. We regret that our response to this particular order was so delayed, and that the customer was not more fully informed on the status of his order.
