1/2 Price Dry Cleaners

Had 2 Letterman's jackets cleaned. Price was misquoted by $60, total cost was $105 and jackets were returned with stains. I asked for a discount since they were not clean and the lady at the desk just said "sorry". Must be nice to over promise and under perform and still collect a kings ransom for your services, will never use these guys again.

Asked to speak to the owner a week later and was told, "We are not allowed to give the owners contact information out." #Criminals.
