Front desk worker last name known as Ree is no help what so ever.. i have called the office every morning for 3 to 4 days straight to get some help regarding rescheduling a work shop. well every morning that i call she just takes down my name and number and says they will be back in touch with me sometime that day... and i never receive a phone call.. well i call again one morning and she does the same thing takes down my name and number and then she notices i have been calling every morning.. so she says we have gotten in touch with you and told you when your workshop was rescheduled" i told her i have not heard from them at all i have been calling every morning for the last 3 or 4 days trying to get this workshop rescheduled and taken care of. then she reply's '' we got in contact with you and we told you that your workshop was rescheduled to today'' and i told her i knew nothing about it and she is now telling me it will jeopardize my unemployment benefits for missing the class. like i said i swear i never knew about the class and i told them that and they was no help at all..
