Hello Mgr. Cole,and Staff, thank you for a great rental,although we did not drive much,we appreciated the service you and your staff gave to us,we were blessed that our auto repair shop got our vehicle repaired as soon as they did,and that the repair was a minor one for them; We were unsure about the repair time,but was assured by your help ,that we could take care of our monthly bills without fail. We didn't use all the fuel,that we put into the gas tank,but we did enjoy the vehicle,what a ride ! If we had the money,we would buy it . Again thank you and your outatanding staff !, God bless !!!

My experience was wonderful. The customer service was awesome. Lloyd was great. The car should have been cleaned better. Meaning I should not have been able to smell musk and orders from the person who rented before me. Suggestion....do a little more cleaning on the inside of the cars. I do plan to rent again.

Really enjoyed how the Griffin staff maintained their professionalism and prompt customer service. The attention they gave to me and my husband addressing our last minute concerns even as they were closing really made our weekend trip happen without delay. They were happy to get us into the vehicle that could accompany our family size, luggage and car seats. I will return and plan to use this location again.
