Ben's is jovial and nice so long as the reconditioned junk they are selling holds up. If you have a problem and try to use the useless warranty and you'll see the mean, hateful, nasty Ben come out. After being a very loyal customer and spending $1000 over a year or two, my last purchase was a $300 laptop. It kept crashing and when I took it back they disregarded the warranty and charged me to 'fix' it. I told him it was not fair and he got nasty and actually followed me out of the store yelling and trying to justify his shoddy service. I was so disgusted I didn't even bother to use it. After a few months, I just turned it on and its worse than before and totally useless waste. I won't dare go back because they don't care. The screen is completely scrambled. Ben will NEVER get another dime and unless you are a computer tech, don't buy their junk. #NeverBen

Bought a Laptop from these people about a year ago, Just brought it into the Griffin Store, these guys really fixed my laptop pretty good! It had a-lot of viruses on it...and they got my laptop ready for me within the next day! I was sooo happy to get my laptop back the next day!..
