        simple oil change

        I made an appointment for a standard oil change. dropped my car off and was told I would be called when it was done so I walked over to best buy to browse while it was being done. after about an hour I got tired of waiting so I walked back and they did not even start the oil change yet. it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. unacceptable. will not return to this location.
