If there were less than 1 star rating I would use it. We took our F350 Super Duty truck in at 9 a.m. to be detailed. They said they would call when it was done. After 6 hours we had to call them and they said it would be another 30 minutes. When we arrived we saw three young people trying to jump start it with cheap under powered jumper cables and a 4 cylinder car. They couldn't explain what had run the battery down. There was no check engine light and the lughts on the truck were working so why were they trying to jump start I wonder. There was never any type of supervision or anyone with authority visable. When we refused to pay unless they agreed in writing to cover possible repair on our truck they pulled the door on the bay our truck was in so AAA tow driver could not hook u and called the co

Car was washed at their Greenwood Facility. Upon drying, one of their workers, Adam, snapped off my radio antenna. There was no manager or leadership personnel available. It was repaired by the Vehicle Manufacturer's Dealer the next day, during which, immediately after the incident of the broken antenna, I notified their personnel of my name and phone number. They said, They, being the staff on duty, would inform their management the following morning, which would be today, would be in contact with me in the early morning. That never occurred. Upon fixing my vehicle, I returned to their location, to show them the paperwork, and have recompense. The Manager on Duty, Jean, said she would then have to submit that to the "owners," as she was not authorized to dispense money, even though there are no warnings, or advisories, claiming no responsibility, for items which, THEIR OWN, personnel, broke, on customers' vehicles. In other words, it's obvious, that a business should always pay for repairs to property for which they cause in the course of doing business. There is no advisory, written, implied, or verbal to state now, nor at the time of the event, that I could expressly be forbidden from repairs, at my own expense, for which I would be reimbursed, for that scenario listed above. In other words, there was no highly visible notice to customers, of such a corporate policy. Upon further discussion, apparently on their end, I was contacted by telephone at the END of business today, informing me they, Rama Car Wash, at 560 SR 135 in Greenwood Indiana, would not be paying for repairs to my vehicle, which they expressly caused, created, and their employee freely admitted to, for which I have evidence.
In short, they broke my antenna, and didn't pay for it.
Avoid.. They lost alot of business today.
I WAS, a repeat customer.
