James Doyle Design Associates

This is a recent review 2016.I am not used to writing bad reviews.Personally speaking its uncomfortable.I do have to say that the work done by Doyle Herman was not in my opinion, exemplary.This was to be a huge project,perhaps in excess of $500,000-1,000,000.At our first meeting,the impression I got was that the work would be very hands on,of the highest quality.I did not get that. My personal opinion is that kathryn did not deliver as she said she would, and her designs were not special at all.And,to add insult to injury when I expressed my concerns, she smugly said, among other things "Thats not the way we do things" Who is the client here? She was hired to work for us. I paid her a great deal of money..
