Sam's Club

Does anyone know how to answer the phone at this store?!?!?!!! I called and continually got transferred to phones that would continually ring without being answered. Not a real good business model for customer service...........

We always go to the spring sams because of traffic on Woodruf rd.but against better judgement my husband and I went today.nothing I find in spring is there. No big bag of potatoes no wet dog food no sliced ham for biscuits.and on top of all that guy did not scan 55 lb bag of dog food and upon exiting was treated like a criminal and had to go back to him and do another transaction.I will go back to spartanburg before I Grace your store again!

Sam's Club on Woodruff was great. I would suggest to anyone go ahead and get the business account membership. The store is empty and staff are easily available in the early mornings. Terry in the tire department is very helpful as well.
