Brett did all my paperwork. He did not rush me, even though the dealership was very busy that day. He took the time to explain some of the "extras", and did not complain when I changed my mind on a few things.

I just purchased a 2016 Kia Soul from Kia in Greenville, NC. I live about 1.5 hours from this dealership, but decided to make my purchase from Kia via the internet. Negotiated the whole deal on-line. The process stared about 9:am and by 2;30pm the deal was done the car delivered to my front door. Best folks I've ever dealt with from Chad in internet sales to Brittain in finance to Ryan in sales and delivery. I wouldn't purchase from anyone else and highly recommend this dealership.

They guided me the whole process and answered all of my questions even the ones that would sound ridiculous in a very courtesy way and put me in the Optima that I wanted. Way to go!

My experience with u guys can be summarized in one word..Painless...It took us an hour and half to get to the dealership (u guys picked us up by the way)..and only 45 mins to test drive the car and sign our name on the dotted line..no haggling or debating or sitting around waiting for approval..u guys really took care of us...we truly appreciate this car buying experience

Just about everyone in this dealership was wonderful with helping me get my 2016 Kia Sorento. I did have an encounter with one really rude "sales manager" named Jordan. His personality and rudeness almost made me walk right out. However, Stanley Whitaker was AWESOME! Whenever I am ready to purchase again I will be coming back to see Stanley. Just have to say first that we would to thank all the staff at Kia of Greenville. Everyone from the service department through to the sales department were wonderful. However, a big thank-you to George Wilson (a super fantastic guy) for taking so much time and patience with us in selecting and getting us into our perfect new Soul. He made us feel like family and as far as we're concerned he went that extra mile. A beautiful dealership but it's the people there who made buying a new car a truly rewarding experience. We knew 12 years ago that we were Kia lovers but George and the rest of the staff have made us Kia owners for life.

I would truly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car. Went down on Saturday, worked with Gary (fantastic guy) and bought a new car. My husband and I were extremely pleased with all the staff and sales. They are truly a great group of people that will do everything in their power to see you get what you came for and that you are happy with what you get. I was looking to buy a 2013 Kia sorento sx fully loaded and they contacted me 10mins after I submitted the request!!!! I told them what I was looking and told him before I drove 1 1/2 hrs I wanted to know the out the door price. He called me back in 10mins and gave it to me and it was $3000 cheaper then what the Kia store here gave me.i went and got our New Kia Saturday and everything was just like to told me.

We came in needing a car, we really didn't think we would get approved. But LJ found is something. We left that night with a new 2015 Kia Forte. We can not say Thank you enough to LJ and the staff. We love our new and gives us a piece of mind knowing that we have a reliable car now.

Ive never been to any dealership or occupation were every employee there treat the potential customer with the upmost respect. Each & every person that walk through was very welcoming!!!! From my salesman(s) to managers.. Ect. They wanted to make sure our chairs was comfortable, we was hydrated, and was the temperture too cold/hot. I felt like the only customer they had, even though i saw plenty others. Their focus was on me, my satisfaction, my priority. Ive never experience that in all my life. KIA of Greenville actually honored their TV Commercial with no nonsense or haggling! This is the first time we had ever seen that with any dealership! David and I dealt with two gentlemen, Alex and Doug. Alex took the time to go every feature of the Soul that I cared about and listened to our needs and wants. Doug made sure that all my finance concerns were address as well as making sure that the car is fully protected. A truly great experience!
