They broke my phone worse than it was. They were only supposed to put in a new battery. They did that and now the phone won't turn on, all of the ports are damaged, and the headphone jack is broken. DO NOT waste your money at this place.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Charges you 40 dollars to just drop your phone off and let it sit there, without them even looking at it! They aren't fixing your phone! This isn't an honest business! BEWARE!

If it were possible to give a negative star rating, this would be at a -6.
There is absolutely nothing redeeming about this farce of an electronics repair shop. Zero technical knowledge, zero customer service. Oh how I rue the day I brought my PS3 in.
First time, drop off, said would be ready next day. Wasn't. Was the following Tuesday. Picked up, brought home, problem completely unfixed. Bring it back. A week later the tech tests it, seems to work, take it home, doesn't work. RETURN IT A THIRD TIME. Young clueless kid at the front says tech will fix it next day. Because their tech works TWO DAYS A WEEK. Now this was the following Thursday. I call ahead because I was nearby. No answer. I can't imagine why because the half dozen times I've gone in there IVE BEEN THE ONLY CUSTOMER. Anyway, tech WASNT in on Thursday. No, he chose Friday instead. Thanks for the heads up! So yeah anyway it's still not fixed. They said tomorrow, so that probably means next week.
What gets me is that through all this, they are COMPLETELY UNAPOLOGETIC and rude. The woman/owner? does not give a sh*t about her customers. The young kid at the front is completely inept in every sense of the word, and I haven't met the tech, but his work leaves much to be desired.
In closing, if you can go without your device for a month, and enjoy being talked down to, then by all means bring your sh*t to ER Wireless. (Expletive) joke.

I have took my Asus laptop her to get the charging port fixed. They told me that they only needed to sautor the port and it had taken a month for them to do that. I come to the store a month after I had dropped it off and it still was not finished. So I tell them I want to get it and the man starts to become a smartallec I tell him it had been there for a month and he starts arguing with me. Taking it to staples or bestbuy to get fixed. I highly recommend not using er wireless!
