Webb, Carol Dwan, MD

I was a patient for many years of Dr. Carola Westermann at Eagle and was very sorry when she retired a couple of years ago. However, I have been entirely happy with her replacement in Dr. Carol Webb. She is always patient, calming, informative, positive, has time for all my questions, and makes every effort to keep me on the road to good health. Dr. Webb is marvelous, and I could not recommend her more highly.

I was having a problem with swelling in the elbow. It was my first time to Eagle Brassfield and everyone was very courteous and helpful from the time I made my appointment until my visit. The front office staff was very efficient. Shelby (the assistant)was very thorough and helpful. Dr. Webb looked at my situation and handled it the best way with aspiration, lab work and antibiotics. Unfortunately the swelling has reoccurred. Dr. Webb has now referred me to Guilford Orthopedics. I will be seeing them next week. However I have chosen to make Dr. Webb my primary care physician and I will be seeing her in December for my first wellness visit. I am very happy with the care I received from Dr. Webb.
