I bought a used washer and dryer and found out the dryer wasn't working. The gentlemen came over to assist in fixing the appliance. A standard home visit at the time would cost $55. He seemed the most reasonable compared to other companies that are $60 & $75. When he arrived it took him 1 minute to tell me it's a gas dryer and not an electric dryer. Oops! And then he proceeded to tell look for a gas hook-up and couldn't find one. He then suggested to call Kim & Paul's appliance, because they sell used appliances and I could probably arrange for a trade. He was all about making sure I got my problem resolved and provided other solutions as well. He didn't even charge me the $55. I gave him some money for the gas and Thanked him for all the help and the laugh. This company is very honest and trustworthy!
