Service and staff are The Bomb, They really make things easy when it comes to getting a quick loan or purchasing an item. I have loaned some equipment with them a few times during slow times and each time I knew they wanted to help me and gave me an increase on my last loan, much appreciation! And I love the Acoustic Bass I got! Thanks again, Much Love!

Small, Dirty Store and HORRIBLE PARKING LOT. I'm just not a fan of this place. I don't recommend it.

If I could rate this place less than a star I would. When I went in to sell my pc I was turned away because my pc was wiped before I went in. I was told it was because a similar wiped laptop was sold to them and it was reported stolen. In the store I was told that I would have to wipe it in front of them- a process that takes several hours. The manager told me that the other option would be to disable my password, but that would be retarded considering all the sensitive information my laptop contained. They did not live up to their promise of doing everything they could to service me, nor were they nice about it either. Upon walking in the worker that served me looked at me like I was trash, and proceeded to talk down to me- despite their manager telling me later that she was a new hire. Do not ever go to the EZPawn in Green Bay, go to Craigslist if you don't have an Ebay account, wait a bit, and sell your used goods at wholesale because the chance of being violently murdered is better than the service I received there.

Horrible experience the guy ruined my neckace that i was tring to pawn when he was suppose to b chking it to see if it was gold then came back and tried to tell me it was like that they need to get people in there that know what there doing instead if hiring people iff the street i would not go there again
