- After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Melvin Benson earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma School of Dentistry in 2006. I am new to the Greeley area and was looking for a dentist. I received a mailer for Dr. Benson DDS clinic. $75 for xrays, cleaning and exam. I saved it for 8 mos. trying to get up the nerve to go to the dentist. They honored the coupon even though it expired. The office staff were friendly and kind. I even was treated to a parafin treatmen on my hands (wonderful). The Hygeniest was thorough, explained everything she was doing, professional, and sincere. She also smiled and was sympathetic to my fear of dentists. Dr. Holmes was the dentist that is working with Dr. Benson. She was very nice, explained things very well and was friendly. I would recommend this dental office to anyone.
