        Overall

        Dr Pence is sort of quiet and he kinda knows what he's doing but not super confident. He's nice but awkward and not a great people-person. The secretaries have some attitude and can be rude when it comes to scheduling and making appointments especially if you have cancellations/busy schedule. They don't want to work with you really. Low rating not for Dr. Pence himself as he is really nice but I don't feel welcomed here like I have with other providers.
