Company is an utter joke!
Unprofessional. rude, dishonest customer service!
Our rental was given to someone else, when documentation was provided of confirmation was provided, we were accused of "doctoring" emails.

This place can't go out of business soon enough!

I finally found the perfect RV repair facility. I had been to 4 Camping Worlds (who I bought the RV from) and 2 other so-called RV repair facilities and no one could repair my NEW leveling system on my Dutchman Voltage. These guys had it done in 2 days. This leveling system never worked from the beginning and I spend 2 and 1/2 years taking it places to get it repair. I have since had my RV in for other repairs and these guys are the best.

I had a problem with my awning and it would not close all the way. I called at least seven rv repair shops all said they would be able to work on it in October. I'm on the road needed it fixed now I called Annapolis RV Tom told me to bring it in at 9am I did he fixed it himself and was quite reasonable on the bill. I asked him how busy they are and he said taking appointment for October. But fit me in because I'm on the road and needed help. Chris his everything girl was as nice as nice can be. I recommend them highly

My husband called this morning to ask what could be wrong with our hot water heater in our camper. Described what was wrong and the girl who answered the phone replied smartly "its broke" she put a gentleman on the phone that basically talked to us like we were stupid and when we asked how much it they would charge to take a look at it they told us to call AnnapolisRV. Last I checked that is who we called, I guess the Grasonville location doesnt like business.

GET IT IN WRITING!!!!!! I feel that I was ripped off royally. Asked for an AQUA-HOT flush and was told no more than 2 hrs labor. Tom charged $579.96 Asked for Allison trans filter change and was charged $444.90. I supplied 2 gals of trans fluid at $57.21 per gallon. Asked to tighten engine fuel filter as it was leaking slightly. I just changed it and was afraid to tighten it too much! Was charged $87.75. He also refused to return my Beaver owners manual. Tom said he lost it. Be very specific if you must go there and GET IT IN WRITING!!! NO STARS FOR TOM.
