Had my daughter's Halloween costume fixed up here, and it came out terrific. Also had a couple of jackets fixed and they came out perfect too. Definitely recommend this place. The guy who wrote the wrong review is crazy! I can't even imagine them laughing at anyone, they were incredibly friendly.

Worst Tailors in Grapevine Honestly

I am in retail and look for good customer service and they do not have it. I took in a jacket to get 2 buttons resewn back on. They said it would be $10.00 no problem. I came back 4 days later to pick it up I was in a hurry and left. I then noticed in the car that they didnt sew the other on so I went back in to ask them to sew it back on and they would not do it without paying another $8 dollars.

So all in all I paid $10 dollars for 1 button to be sewn on my jacket. They would not refund me the $5 for the other button that they did not sew on and laughed at me like I was crazy.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

One of my co-workers recommended this place to me, so I tried it out. I took a few pairs of pants and a new suit, and Sarah did an amazing job with everything. I've been to a couple of other places where you can kind of tell that the clothes had been altered (I'm very picky and notice everything...), but not the tiniest sign of alteration on the clothes I took here. They looked like I bought them that way.



Oh, and the best part was my Citizens jeans!!! She fixed the hem and made it so the original style at the bottom of the jeans was still intact. No more "obviously hemmed" jeans, thank God!!



I totally recommend this place to everyone.
