The mani and pedi was anything but relaxing. The tech's studio was set up in the kitchen of the salon. One employee came in to warm up her lunch while I was getting a pedicure, another came in looking for cups, and a third needed toilet paper.

The pedicure chair consisted of a massage chair and an at-home pedicure tub that I could buy at Walmart for $20. All it did was keep my feet wet and warm. I saw the tech "sterilize" it by washing it with dishwashing detergent after the pedi was done. I will be contacting the Texas Health Department to come and investigate the conditions at this salon. Everything was rushed and did not feel the least bit relaxing.
My appointment was for 1pm and I arrived at 12:55. The tech seemed annoyed that I was 5 minutes early. No one was being helped before me, but I was made to wait 15 minutes while the tech validated my Groupon.

The pedicure was rushed and didn't feel relaxing. The tech sat on the floor while giving me the pedi. I was never offered a drink or made to feel comfortable. Same with the Shellac mani. It was average at best. I will not be coming back here, nor will I recommend this place to anyone else.

I had a pedicure by Miss Kitty the owner and it was the best I have had in a long time. She massages longer than the than those other places and she will concentrate on certain areas of your feet that bother you.

hi i just had a question for the person that used the groupon did groupon refund you the money?I'm feeling very nervous now because I bought 3 groupon from there one for myself and 2 as gifts for my mom & sis but I don't want to send them there if its as horrible as you state it is?but if it is i want to be able to get my money back too

The worst Shellac manicure and pedicure I have ever had. They do not have a regular pedicure chair you see in nail salons. Just a foot bath. The water was dumped out and not even cleaned out after my pedicure was done. She just filled with water and did my friend's pedicure. Very unsanitary. No lotion or massage on my hands and arms after the manicure. Very hurried, unrelaxing mani/pedi. The Shellac manicure looks awful. You can see brush strokes and white areas. Not to mention I was griped at by the manicurist for being exactly 10 minutes late, even though I called a couple of times stating I had problems finding the place! Very unprofessional.

HORRIBLE!!! These manicurists are far from acceptable! I wasted my money on a job that my 1-year-old niece could have done better! There was brush in my shellac, the white lines were nowhere near OK, and my nails turned out bubbled and rough - absolutely unbelievably TERRIBLE work!! After I stopped back by to show "the owner" my nails - WHO AGREED THEY WERE BAD -, they kept telling me they would redo them, but kept avoiding rescheduling.
