        We have been purchasing our furniture from Ashley's for years. We are very satisfied with all of our furniture as well as customer service. Matti has always been our sales rep and she is very friendly and professional. She has great advice on style as well.

        Poor quality furniture and an extended warranty who did not hesitate to say they did not cover poor quality construction by the manufactuer. What a coincidence!

        Poor quality woods and springs.also horrible customer service .my sister told me Ashely has very low quality furniture but I didn't believe it.

        Purchased a chair and in 6 mon...

        Purchased a chair and in 6 months defective. Purchased extra insurance and Ashley or extra insurance will not cover. They do not cover defetive funiture. beware
