Worst customer service. You get what they bring you and you be happy with it. Going on 7 days to get my pizza right. Red Pepper Cheese Pichine Peppers Dipping Sause Napkins Plates are all a extra charge. They skimp on ingredients and send you burnt pizza. Managers won't call you back or respond to Papa Johns Headquarters going on day 7 they have my money and tip with no pizza I ordered. FYI cheese and crushed red pepper. Is a frequently overlooked item but a staple for common pizza restaurants but not McPapa Johns who takes pride in screwing up your order. Really half a Pichine Pepper and no Dipping Sause plus no Red Pepper or Cheese that's marked clearly on the box. Their answer "So what do you want me to do about it" per employee.
I guess I should have said something on Christmas Eve, but I didn't want to ruin the mood.I bought some pizza from the local Little Caesars pizza here in Grants Pass, OR right before they closed on Christmas Eve. I didn't open the box full the first time and slid a piece of pizza out. The next time when I actually opened the box(which was a few min later), there crawling inside was a live cockroach! Eww! I called Little Caesars Pizza to see how they wanted to handle it(to give them the first response). The manager laughed at me and then hung up on. The manager refused to do anything about it and didn't provide his name when I called back. Anyone looking to get a quick deal, PLEASE DON'T EVER BUY PIZZA HERE AGAIN!!! I left a voice mail for the public health department to look into this.
While I love that the place is clean I hate that during my last visit talking to Manager (owner?) she felt that I didn't think that on, one hand they could do as they please, but when asked to, substitute a higher priced item with a cheaper one they couldn't do it, but they could charge me for the cheaper one. I will still support them.
This Domino's has the worst assistant manager ever! Rude and arrogant! We have spent tons of money here and always leave a great tip- we ordered and their minimum is $11.00 and our order was $10.99... and she said unless we ordered another entree to make up the penny, she would cancel our order. Seriously? I asked her to please have David the manager call me and she hung up on me! She was beyond rude and nasty! THE WORST SERVICE AND LACK OF APPRECIATION OR RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. Someone lacks decent training. Feel bad for Domino's owners who don't monitor their power hungry managers. We will be ordering elsewhere from now on!
I'm not normally a fan of Abby's but the lone star barBQ is the best of it's kind out there and it smells awesome!

Pizza use to be a hot item for us, until lately that is. We ordered pizones with cheesy potatoes, we found a hair in the pizone so we called they and got chessy potatoes to make up for it. . Big mistake the next day, I took them out and was going to heat them in the microwave. . It is a good thing I looked at them while putting them on a plate. I found another hair, I think we are done with pizza hut for a while. . Can we say not happy at all with them, that is why only one star goes to you, tell your people to wear nets for hair and beards too!!!!!!
