        Overall

        I was a very good customer there for years, and spent a lot of money with them. We're talking at least 50k. I bought a full bedroom set that I saw one day and said, and I quote "I want this whole set will everything including the box spring. And I paid well over 2000.00 for it. I moved to Kansas and went to put my bed together, and guess what? No metal bed frame! So I called and told them to see if they could send me one and make it right, but what I was told is that I didn't pay for the stupid 60$ bed frame and there was nothing they can do for me! Really? After all the money I spent there and the loyalty I showed them they can't do anything?
        Not professional and just plain BS!
