        I absolutely have loved this company since I had their service. The technicians were so professional, friendly and thorough. But the office staff were not professional or helpful. Short version, tell me they no longer service area, but makes one more appt. on Tuesday, September the 21st, 2021. No show. Call them, I was basically told too bad so sad per office manager. Ok... great.... thanks... Just a note to A-1, we pay for your services because we need to control BUGS! Had a earwig drop into my shirt today. 👍 Technicians, the score is not reflecting your work at all.
