        I visited your granite falls location appr,12:35 on 12/28/15 went thru drive thru and was informed that it would be quicker if i came in ..i had a handicapp child in the car that. That is very difficult to get in and out of the car. Also it was raining. Your employee said it would be quicker if i came in i dont understand how when there was only 1 vehicle in your drive thru. Thought this was very un professional and maybe this is why hardees business is not so good. I drove off and did not order anything i will post on social medias on what poor service this was

        Friendly people but all I wanted was a country ham biscuit when I went to eat it the biscuit fell apart it was so full of butter and grease. They had to have dropped it in a bowel of melted butter or something if I could have kept the biscuit together I could have wrung it out. Very disappointed I choose hardee's over mcdonalds because hardees had a better price I see why now. When I tried to call the hardees in Granite Falls the number went to a fax machine. With food like that I see why.
