My name is Ashley and I have been going to see Sarah at euphoria spa. The last time we went there my husband had noticed that the machine facial machine that she was using on my face was not clean (looked like there was some else's dead skin on it). Then she wiped it off about a minute after she had been using it on my face with a hot wet rag (I believe that the attachments should be sanitized with an auto clave). Also I my self noticed when she was waxing my Brazilian that she had stuck the same wax stick in the wax pot which I believe is very unsanitary because how many other times has she done that before me on someone else. I am not the first person to notice this I have had about 2 other people ask me about it as well that have been to Sarah Mediel. Also I would like to file an actual complaint with the health department in regards to this email.
