NS Machine Corp has failed to respond to emails or phone calls on a machine that was to be refurbished in trade with "first right to refusal", so I could buy it back after NS refurbished the machine. After 8 months and numerous unanswered emails/phone calls, I had to buy it back for $18,000 and get it refurbished elsewhere. $18000 for a paint job.
