I've rented from this location many times and I've always felt Kyle and the staff do a great job. I know the location is a busy area and kind of off the beaten path (so to say) but they try to be helpful. I'm sure they've had a few blips along the way but over-all, they really try to accommodate everyone they can and I've always been impressed with their candor.
Kyle the office manager helped me. I asked when I needed to return the car??? I was told tomorrow! Never was I told a time and being a Friday that I would return the car I thought they were open until 7 PM. Nope, it is 6 pm and they charge you until they open. I returned the car at 7:10 Friday and my car was not returned until 8:47 Saturday not even 8 AM when they open.
I sent an email to Kyle he office manager and got no response. Lol. So the next week I needed a car again. I go in and it's another kid that has the paper work all ready for me. Never does he go outside to walk around the car or anything just sign here and I am on my way. There were 3 employees in the office and I was the only customer so not sure why it was just sign here and peace out. So I get in the expressway as I have a meeting up in traverse city. I am driving and the hood is shaking. I had to pull off and stop to close the hood all the way. Someone didn't latch the hood down!!!
I chose my car and then the caution light was on. I made it aware right away and was told it would go away after I drove it for about 10 miles. That the tires were just rotated and that was why the light was on. He also told me that if it didn't go away after a couple days to bring it to another enterprise. Not what I wanted to hear when I'm going on a vacation. It did go away, thankfully after 54miles. I just wish that they would have given me a different car to drive right away so that wasn't sitting in the back of my head while driving with my 2 kids.
