UPS

I normally have good things to say about UPS but the delivery service we received on our last delivery was very poor. We found our ordered item on the side of the house next to the trash. We were home at the time & did not hear the doorbell ring or a knock at the door which our dogs would have heard. All we heard was a thud on the side of the house which alerted us to check out the noise. We caught up with the person from UPS who delivered our item & he replied that he knocked on the door but he never did because we were home & our dogs would have definitely alerted us. He also stated "Well, you got your item didn't you!". When we looked on the tracking order he had the nerve to put that our order was delivered on the porch. Totally not true. Very disappointed!
