Greyhound Bus Lines

Not happy with this bus line at all. No answered phones. Was not the same travel cost as quoted, it was $58 more! SOOoooo many transfer stations. arrives 7, yes, 7 hours past schedule. No bus repairs were needed, just late. Transfer stations were dirty and unsafe. Had to keep bags close and lay on them!

Only use this service if you are mad at the person your sending away!

To top it off, 4 bad sign in words and the field says those names are already taken! What a disaster!

If you have to or want to CALL then get ready to sit and listen to the phone ring and ring and ring and sometimes er most times it will ring until it gets a busy signal. I'm not exaggerating even a little. Any and all Phone numbers I tried , for greyhound just rang and rang.

although i did get lucky 2 times and someone answered, but by then I should of wrote down all my questions because I was so frustrated that I had forgot all the questions and only asked 2 questions..

So anyway, as far as traveling, I don't know. It was my daughter who is 21 that will have to write her review. Good Luck! and God Speed!
