Grand Rapids Scooter

I've had a great experience with this company. I purchased two scooters for me and my wife, a Bintelli Scorch (now at 548 miles) and a ZNEN Amore ( 323 miles) and they have been great running machines so far. I just had them in for their first scheduled Maintenance tune-ups. I had a nice opportunity to talk with the staff that serviced the scooter and was walked through what all was done. These guys really seem to know there stuff when it comes to the in's and out's of a scooter workings. The tune up price was more than reasonable as well. After dealing with the service staff, I would recommend them for service irregardless of where you purchased your moped. In addition, one of the owners (Jason, I think) Keeps the store modernized by running a website listing the products they sell. They also seem to be active in the social networking community making contacting this company very easy. Phone, Email, even facebook.... As someone who works in the tech field, I appreciate these others forms of contacting a Business. One more thing to note along the lines of the Web and GRS. If you watch their Youtube videos and check out their site, you'll see cool custom moped mods such as side cars, pet-carriers, even one video with a dual moped setup. VERY COOL! Reason I'm mentioning this is because you can tell you're not just buying from a moped dealer, you're buying from enthusiast. I will recommend GRS when asked where I purchased my scooters from.

My new taotao t3 from GR scooters is awesome! It's nice being able to keep up with traffic at 45+ The better suspension really helps smooth the ride on these gr roads too. I love it!

My experience at GRScooter was absolutely amazing! I love my ZNEN Aurora. I get stopped all the time by people on the street telling me how awesome it is and I have to agree! Not only does it look cool, but it's saving me tons on gas! Jason is always willing to answer questions and help me out as a first time scooter owner. He even spoke to my insurance lady for me! Great guys! Great place! Great products! Everyone should check it out!

We recently purchased two 50cc scooters from Grand Rapids Scooter and everything about it was a fantastic experience! Jason was patient with us, easy to work with, and not a hard sell. I asked if Jason could have the scooters delivered to Grand Haven and told him that I was willing to pay for the delivery. Jason said we could have them delivered anytime we would like. When it came time to pay for the scooters he said that the delivery would be free. We have had the scooters for about a week and are having a blast! Thank you Jason!!

My experience at Grand Rapids Scooter was excellent. They have a very helpful staff that I felt I could trust as well as very fair prices that I could easily work with. I had a lot of questions but the guys at GRS were very knowledgable and helpful and they answered all of my questions. I ended up walking away very happy and now own a brand new scooter. I would recommend Grand Rapids Scooter to anyone looking to purchase a scooter and I plan to make any future scooter purchases there!

I've been to many scooter shops around town, but I think Grand Rapids Scooter is by far the best. I take my Sprint there whenever I need repairs or oil changes because they have the best deals. The service is good too. And they know what they're talking about.

DON'T go to any other place in GR for a scooter. I just purchased a brand new Motorino Amore from Jason at Grand Rapids scooter and he is the best. I was in the market for several months before deciding and I looked at MANY different brands. Can you find a cheaper scooter? Yes. But trust me, pay the extra money and get a much better and higher quality scooter with a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty! Grand Rapids Scooter only sells quality. They don't waste time with #$%$. This was the best buying experience I have had in a VERY long time. Go check out the shop. Everyone there is very nice and will take their time answering any questions you have with no pressure. They don't just sell better scooters than the other guys for lower prices, they service them better, respond faster, and do it with your best interest in mind. They have my trust! I recently purchased a scooter from Grand Rapids Scooter and my experience was terrible. Jason, the owner, made way more promises than he could uphold and I feel hung out to dry because of it. He claims to have great warranties but every time I try to have something fixed I am blown off and disregarded. DO NOT BUY FROM JASON OR GRAND RAPIDS SCOOTER!
